Sleep Apnea – Drive-By Screening

As part of the hospital’s Heart Failure Education Series, we will be holding a Drive-By screening for Sleep Apnea.  No need to get out of your vehicle — Health care professionals will come to your car to help you complete a questionnaire that you can take to your health care provider on your next visit.  They will also provide information on heart-healthy habits and lifestyle changes.  Just drive to the parking lot on the north side of the cafeteria — look for the Tent.
