Coffee Talk

Many of our patients have expressed the positive impact of making connections with other cancer survivors and other patients undergoing treatment.  We have created Coffee Talk as a way to create a safe, nurturing space for our patients to come and make such connections.  It is our hope that creating social contacts in our community will help our patients endure the many challenges, both physical and emotional, that come with a cancer diagnosis.  Coffee Talk is held on the last Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:30 pm at the Welch Cancer Center. Please RSVP by calling 307.675.2629.

Beautiful Journey – currently not meeting due to COVID-19 Precautions

Beautiful Journey is an educational class offered quarterly to patients who desire to learn how to care for their changing needs in their skincare and beauty regimen. Collaborating with local specialists in oncology cosmetology, these volunteer cosmetologists will educate patients on products, tools and tricks to look and feeling their best in their own Beautiful Journey.

A Shared Journey – currently not meeting due to COVID-19 Precautions

An adult cancer support group is open to those diagnosed with any type of cancer within any part of the cancer care process or recovery. A Shared Journey provides an opportunity to give and receive emotional support in a group setting with peers who have experienced like life events. It is a place to share, cope and build community for patients who have experienced any type of cancer diagnosis or care.

Financial & Medication Assistance

We understand that in addition to the emotional stress of having cancer and enduring a difficult illness, bearing a big financial burden is the last thing you want to think about. Our team of financial advocates work closely with the oncology care team to help you understand your insurance, eligibility for financial or co-payment assistance and the financial aspects of your care.
