Moms Supporting Moms

Join us on the first and second Monday of each month from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the SMH Primary Care Community Conference Room for our free facilitated peer group, Moms Supporting Moms. This is a welcoming space where moms can have real conversations, gain helpful resources and receive encouragement from other moms who understand the joys — and challenges — of this season of life.

Each gathering is led by a primary care provider, with guest speakers joining many sessions to answer questions, share their expertise and offer support.

Topics may include perinatal and postpartum mental health, pelvic floor health and rehabilitation, nutrition for mom and baby, healthy relationships with your partner, returning to work and more. Topics may vary based on presenter and guest availability.

Each session will feature a drawing or giveaway to participating moms!

Come as you are. Bring your little one. You don’t have to do motherhood alone.
