These courses are open to anyone free of charge, no reservations needed and are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in the Welch Cancer Center Conference Room

· The difference between long-term and late side effects of cancer treatment
· Self-care strategies to help minimize or prevent the adverse side effects of cancer treatment
· How non-reporting of side effects can impact your cancer treatments
FREE Drive-up Blood Glucose Screening and Education provided. Come to the employee parking lot outside of the cafeteria — no need to get out of your car. (north side of the hospital) Health care professionals will be on hand to give you a quick glucose test. They will provide healthy heart information on living with heart disease and a handout on how to use your dinner plate format to help you plan healthy meals. Please wear a face covering. Thank you.
