For physically active women age 20 and older who are experiencing urinary incontinence during or outside of exercise.
Topics to be covered:
– Pelvic floor anatomy overview
– Pelvic floor’s role in activity and exercise
– Happy bladder habits to prevent leakage of urine
– Strategies to prevent incontinence during exercise
– When to seek further guidance from a pelvic floor physical therapist
Peeing your pants is never normal and can indicate or lead to further pelvic floor dysfunction. Come learn how to prevent this while continuing to do the activities you love.
