Expecting a baby? Join us on the first Monday of each month from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the SMH Outpatient Center’s 2nd Floor Conference Room for our free Prenatal Class! 💗🍼
Prepare for your birthing journey with expert guidance from our experienced nurses! You’ll learn what to expect during both vaginal and cesarean deliveries and have opportunities to ask questions along the way.
Topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Changes your body may experience
- Signs of labor and pain management options
- When to come to the hospital and what to bring
- Cervical exams and fetal monitoring
- What to expect during labor and delivery
The class wraps up with a guided tour of our birthing unit, giving you a chance to meet members of our Women’s Health team and become familiar with the space before the big day!
