Foundation Board’s Commitment to Better Care
Our Foundation Board was inspired to support these vital pieces of equipment not just from the basic request for updated technology, but also from extensive personal experiences in surgery. Many Foundation members and supporters, along with our board members, have experienced firsthand the intricate dance between anesthetic agents, patient monitoring and the dedication of our skilled anesthesiologists. They understand that each component of an anesthesia machine plays a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
With the growing demand for surgical procedures at our hospital, due to increased patient needs and advances in medical treatments, our Foundation recognized an urgent need to bolster our resources. Surgery is a cornerstone of modern medicine, and ensuring we have the right equipment is paramount to supporting our doctors and the health of our patients. To meet this need, the Foundation has unanimously approved nearly $265,000 in funding for four new, advanced machines. This investment ensures our surgical teams have the critical pieces of equipment needed to deliver the highest standard of care to every patient, every time.
