Dr. Erica Rinker has been practicing medicine since 2011 and is originally from Montana. She has lived in Buffalo for a year with her family and is excited to join an independently owned healthcare system; she describes SMH as “big enough to offer great care, small enough to be a leader and participant in the community it serves.” Dr. Rinker views herself as the quarterback in the healthcare system, connecting with patients and knowing which providers to guide them to as needed throughout their lifetimes and healthcare journeys. When she’s not at work, Erica loves spending time with her family outdoors, watching movies (while eating popcorn, of course), and reading. She hopes to learn how to play the bagpipes one day.
