are held on the 3rd Friday of each month from 6:30-11:30 am
at the hospital’s Primary Care clinic
located in downtown Sheridan at 61 South Gould Street.
Tests offered: Blood Chemistry Panel, CBC, PSA, HA1C, Vitamin D
No referral is needed — but please schedule an appointment by clicking here

HealtheLife blood draws are patient-directed so you will receive your results on MySheridanHealth – our Patient Portal or (or via mail if requested). If you would like your provider to review the results, please contact them directly, as they will not be notified otherwise.
Note: If your physician has ordered a specific blood test for you, please follow these instructions:
Sheridan Memorial Hospital Primary Care patients may obtain physician-ordered blood tests at Primary Care on any weekday.
If your physician is NOT located at Primary Care, you will need to go to the hospital’s Outpatient Lab (located in the Outpatient Center – 1333 West 5th Street)
on any weekday to obtain your physician-ordered blood tests.
No appointment is needed.
