SEND A PATIENT GREETING IN 3 EASY STEPS!

1) Select The Image You Want To Appear On Your Greeting Card.

2) Enter the Patient's information and your message and click the "E-Mail To Sheridan" button.

3) Your card will appear as an email - Just Click "Send"!

You must have a current version of Adobe Reader for your email client to launch appropriately. To use web-based mail, see directions at the end of the page.

Our staff or a volunteer will personally deliver your greeting card.

If you are using web-based e-mail (Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, GMail, etc), click on the image you want, fill out the greeting card, go to File -> Save As and save the PDF on your computer. Then create a new e-mail to danaebrandjord@sheridanhospital.org and attach the PDF you previously saved.
