Cardiology is the specialization and treatment of heart disease. Cardiac care has been identified as a need in Sheridan and the surrounding area so people don’t have to travel to see a cardiologist and to receive the most current and effective cardiac testing and treatment.

Updates in local Cardiac Care:

Big Horn Heart Center opened at Sheridan Memorial Hospital in June of 2010 with Dr. Michael Brennan providing services to cardiac patients in the Sheridan area.


In October of 2011, the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees voted to approve the investment of $2.9 million into building a cardiac catheterization lab at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.
